- Download and install the application on your Windows PC.
- Launch the utility with double click on the software icon located on the desktop and you will get a window like this.
Options to add PST file
- Select an Outlook PST file or you can also select an OST file, click on the Browse button to locate the from your local storage.
Extract Attachments
- You can export multiple files with different file extensions simultaneously.
- You can also export specific type of file by searching the extension.
Extract Email Addresses
- You can select the source of the email addresses.
- You can also export the emails into a single file or export in multiple files (Different for each PST).
Extract Calenders
- You can export calenders into ICS or MSG file format.
Extract Contacts
- You can export calenders into VCF or MSG file format.
Output File Location
- CLick on the Browse button to select a location for the output file.–
