Open the App and Filter OFT Files
- Open the app by clicking on its icon once
- In the “Browse OFT Files” window, select “Folder or File” mode
- Click “Browse” to upload locally saved OFT files
Get an Instant Preview
- In the preview panel, view the uploaded files, items in tabular format, and content of each item
- From the top ribbon, select “Vertical or Horizontal” preview
Export to HTML
- In this step, select “HTML File” and check “Save Attachments”
- Now, choose the date range according to the selected files age
- In the “Select Naming Convention” box, click on arrow to choose the desired naming option of the output files
- Check “Remove Duplicate Content” (optional feature)
Final Step
- Click “Browse” to choose a local folder to save the new HTML files
- Finally, press “Convert Now” tab to finish the process.
